Summary of the main conferences of Funeral Expo 2025
The funeral industry is a sector that requires tact. It requires an individual approach to the customer and their requirements, but also the ability to support in difficult times. This was among the topics discussed during the Funeral Industry Conference, which took place as part of Funeral Expo.
During the event, participants could listen to the conference “Functioning and directions of development of the funeral industry”. Experts wondered how the funeral industry follows the needs of customers. Lectures were given on “GenAI for the funeral industry”, “Designing tombstones – at the interface of the artist and new techniques” and “The Institute of Good Death – Tradition and Innovation.
Additionally, Proxima Parada invited those interested to two thematic workshops. On the first day of the event, the “Last Path Planning Workshop” took place, and on the second day, the “Workshop on employee well-being”.
During the “Trends and Exhibitors’ Presentation Panel”, trends in the funeral industry, securing the digital image of the deceased in the era of artificial intelligence and how to sell funeral services and products online were discussed.
